Much more than a cooking school in Tuscany…we are a hands-on, all-inclusive (food and wine) (breakfast, lunch and dinner) culinary tour with daily cooking lessons from local Tuscan women, with first-class accommodations in our medieval hilltop village of Montefollonico.
We visit local wineries and meet cheese makers. Each day includes daily tours of local and historic sites and fabulous meals in local “off the tourist path” small restaurants.

Beautiful Montefollonico, Italy
Stay at our modern Villa in Montefollonico. Your home for the week will be LaChiusa Inn and Restaurant.
A 1800-year old olive mill with views of the Tuscan countryside. LaChiusa is the best hotel in the are–5‑star accommodations with the best view in Montefollonico. The staff is fantastic.
$4,750.00 per person for our 6‑night 7‑day all-inclusive program, based on double occupancy.
There is an extra fee of $300 for single-supplemental.
Cost includes 6 nights at LaChiusa in Montefollonico, hands-on cooking classes, all meals, wine and receptions, excursions and tours (view sample itinerary).
In other words, as long as you are with the group, you pay for “nothing” –except for your souvenirs!
Airfare and airport transfers are not included. We accept checks and credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
180 days before start of program – full refund (minus $75.00 process fee)
179 days to 120 days before start of program – 50% refund (minus $75.00 process fee per person)
119 days before start of program you will unfortunately forfeit 100% of your payment.
BUT… if you do not cancel, but only want to change your date and notify us of this change 30 days
before your arrival date, we can re-schedule your date one time with a $500.00 reschedule charge –
assuming we have availability. Original Date applies to cancellation. Program is nontransferable and
must be used by original persons.

death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or
omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of
these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision of the Operator. The operator is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure.
